Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this housing lottery portal and participation in the Sindoor Vihar housing scheme through this online system.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering on this portal, submitting an application or using any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable scheme guidelines issued by the competent authority.

2. Eligibility

Eligibility to apply is strictly as per the official scheme booklet and notifications (age, income, residency, property ownership and reservation conditions). Submission of an online application does not, by itself, guarantee eligibility or allotment.

3. Accurate information

You must provide complete, correct and up‑to‑date information in the registration form, eligibility form, application form and document uploads. If any information is found to be false, misleading or suppressed, the application may be rejected and any allotment made on that basis may be cancelled as per applicable rules.

4. Use of Aadhaar and KYC

Where Aadhaar or other identity documents are used for verification, you consent to their use for KYC and authentication through authorized service providers. You must not share one-time passwords (OTPs) with anyone claiming to represent the authority.

5. Online payments

Any application or other fees paid through this portal are subject to the fee structure and refund policy specified in the scheme documents. Payment success messages on the portal are based on information received from the payment channel and are subject to final reconciliation by the authority.

6. Lottery and allotment

The lottery process, reservation rules and allotment criteria are governed by the official scheme guidelines. The portal implements these rules in software, but in case of any discrepancy between portal display and official records, the decision of the authority shall be final and binding.

7. Portal access and availability

While efforts are made to keep the portal available and accurate, there may be interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond control. The authority will not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability or technical errors, but will take reasonable steps to restore services and protect submitted data.

8. Prohibited activities

You agree not to misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, tamper with application data, submit multiple applications in violation of scheme rules, or use automated tools or scripts to interfere with normal operation of the system.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the authority and its service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this portal. Your statutory rights, if any, remain unaffected.

10. Changes to terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of the portal after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from use of this portal or participation in the online process shall be subject to the jurisdiction and dispute‑resolution mechanism specified in the official scheme documents and applicable law.
